We are living in challenging and potent times
of extraordinary change. I am so honored to be here with you, breathe in new life and experience love cracking us open to more and more of our deepest truth and beauty.
My soul's purpose is to help people feel themselves and fall deeply in love with life. To remember the truth and beauty of who you truly are. I am an artist, bodyworker, counselor and embodiment teacher. For over 2 decades I have been working with people to find their life force connection and shift their lives into alignment with their deeper purpose and embodied wisdom.
I have a gift to create safety for women, men and couples who are ready to slow down, find presence, surrender to love, nourish the being, develop trust in the body, trust in the inner knowing and come ALIVE... into alignment with our true wild embodied nature.
I specialize in addiction recovery, sacred sexuality, deeper purpose work and generational trauma healing. It is time we experience freedom and harmony within, which extends to our relationship with the Earth, Spirit, body, each other and all of life.
